Foshan Manufacturing Base
Our original factory in Foshan, Guangdong spans 30,000m² and houses five specialised workshops, each dedicated to a core manufacturing process. This is where our craftsmanship tradition began — and where our most experienced technicians continue to produce our premium product lines including KYLINC, HORI, and custom projects.
Metal Workshop
Laser cutting, CNC bending, stamping, and robotic welding for steel and aluminium components.
Panel Workshop
MFC and HPL panel processing including cutting, edge banding, and CNC routing.
Screen Workshop
PET acoustic screen fabrication, aluminium frame assembly, and fabric wrapping.
Upholstery Workshop
Seat and backrest assembly including foam moulding, fabric cutting, and stitching.
Powder Coating Line
Automated electrostatic powder coating with 3-stage pre-treatment and curing oven.
Hubei Intelligent Manufacturing Base
In 2020, beite opened a 100,000m² intelligent manufacturing base in Jingmen, Hubei province. This facility represents our commitment to Industry 4.0 manufacturing — combining automated production lines with real-time quality monitoring and digital production management. The Hubei factory handles high-volume production of our PARCO, CABINET, B-Series, ANCHOR, BALLOON, and training table lines, while the Foshan factory focuses on premium products and custom projects.
