BALLOON (伯乐) is Beite's sit-stand desk range — designed to make height-adjustable working accessible, reliable, and quiet. Available in single-motor economy, dual-motor performance, and four-leg conference variants, BALLOON desks feature a low-profile lifting column with anti-collision gyro-sensing, a memory handset with 4 programmable positions, and a telescopic frame that adjusts from 1000 mm to 1800 mm wide to accommodate any worksurface. The dual-motor variant lifts 125 kg at 38 mm/s with operating noise below 48 dB — quieter than a conversation. BALLOON integrates with all Beite desk-mounted accessories and cable trays.

FAQ
What happens during a power cut — does the desk drop?
No. The lifting columns use a self-locking lead-screw mechanism. The desk holds its position indefinitely without power. It will not drop or drift.
Can I use my own worksurface with the BALLOON frame?
Yes. The BALLOON frame has a telescopic crossbar and accepts any worksurface between 1000–1800 mm wide and 600–800 mm deep, provided it is at least 18 mm thick and pre-drilled to the included mounting pattern (a drilling template is supplied).
Is the anti-collision feature reliable?
Yes. The gyro sensor detects resistance equivalent to 2 kg of force and immediately reverses direction by 30 mm. It has been tested across 50,000 collision cycles without failure.
